Building You presents 'Thinking Inside the Box', where we share the natural laws that create more self-disciplined, responsible and passionate people. 'Thinking Inside the Box' is an interactive character building and leadership program with an ongoing action plan and exercises to insure maximum lifelong results from the inside out. Our mission is to impact Americas' young adults to improve their lives and all our futures. We intend to reach them directly, through the education system and business leaders who believe they can improve their businesses by improving the young adults in their communities.
We offer businesses the opportunity to sponsor Building You, 'Thinking Inside the Box', as a promotional event. The event may be hosted at the business or at any local high school and college. The location of the event is to be determined by the business and Building You, Inc. The event is of value as a public relations tool, retail promotional event or job fair to recruit new employees. It is intended to serve the communities that support the business sponsor. It is also designed to improve the management and leadership skills for each business sponsor. Along with the high school and college students attending, Building You, 'Thinking Inside the Box', each business sponsor will send two representatives (we recommend one manager and one corporate representative) to attend a session prior to the sponsored event.
Each event would require a minimum of 40 attendees at $499 per attendee for a total cost of $19,960.00. The event may be shared by more than one sponsor to reduce the cost per sponsor. The size of the event dictates the cost, but the event can be increased as budgets allow.
Each event will consist of two sessions. The first session will include the business sponsors representatives. This will generate increased leadership and management skills for the retailers as well as prepare them to interact with the high school and college students attending the second session.
The second session will consist of the local high school and college students and the business sponsors representatives who participated in the first session. The business sponsors representatives will be participating with students during the second session. This allows the business sponsors representatives an opportunity to represent their organization to the students. We will invite the parents of the students but they will be observers and not participants. This will increase the size of the event at no cost.
